01 Summary

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all wagering services provided by MarantelliBet.co. By registering an account with MarantelliBet.co or placing any wager, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

11 Assignment

11.2 Customers do not have the right to assign, transfer, license, or charge their MarantelliBet.co account, credentials, or funds to any other individual or entity.

No promotion is made available to a person who has self-excluded, whose account is closed, suspended or dormant, or who has opted out of marketing communications.

20.5 One promotional offer per customer and household. Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, each promotion is limited to one participation per Account Holder and per household, residential address, device, IP address and payment instrument. Where duplicate, linked or third-party accounts are identified, we may withdraw the promotion from every affected account and settle any related wagers at the original stake.

20.6 Bonus expiry. Every bonus bet or promotional credit carries an expiry period, which is stated in the terms of the relevant offer. Unless the offer states otherwise, a bonus bet expires seven (7) days after it is credited to the account. A bonus that is not used before expiry is forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.

20.7 Wagering requirements, where applicable. Where an offer carries a turnover or wagering requirement, that requirement is disclosed in full before participation. Only settled wagers placed at or above the minimum odds stated in the offer contribute towards the requirement; void, cancelled, cashed-out and fully hedged wagers do not contribute. The stake of a bonus bet is not returned with a winning settlement — only the net winnings are credited to the account.

20.8 Excluded markets and bet types. Unless the offer terms state otherwise, the following do not qualify for a promotion or towards a wagering requirement: wagers below the minimum odds stated in the offer, each-way and place-only wagers, multi-bets containing a leg below the stated minimum odds, cashed-out wagers, void and dead-heat selections, tote and starting-price wagers, and wagers placed on opposing outcomes of the same event.

20.9 Bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. We may investigate, suspend or withdraw a promotion and declare related wagers void where we reasonably believe an account has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes the use of multiple, linked or third-party accounts, arbitrage or low-risk hedging placed solely to realise the cash value of a bonus, collusion between customers, the use of automated or scripted software, and the provision of false registration, identity or payment information. Where abuse is established we may recover the value of any bonus already paid and report the matter to the relevant regulator.

20.10 Withdrawal conditions. Promotional credits have no cash value in themselves and cannot be withdrawn. Winnings derived from a bonus bet become available for withdrawal only after the conditions of the offer have been met in full and the account has completed the identity and source-of-funds verification required under these Terms. All standard withdrawal, payment-method and anti-money-laundering requirements continue to apply.

20.11 Cancellation or amendment of promotions. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where a regulator directs us to do so, where the published offer contains a manifest error in its terms, pricing or eligibility, or where a technical failure affects its operation. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable. Wagers already accepted under the original terms will be honoured, except where the promotion has been affected by manifest error, abuse or a regulatory direction.

21 Racing and Sporting Integrity

22 Settlement Rules

22.1 All wagers are resolved and settled in accordance with the official, final results announced by the relevant governing sporting body.

22.2 Dead heat rules apply where multiple competitors achieve an identical placing, as detailed in our detailed settlement criteria.

22.3 Wagers on abandoned or postponed events will be handled in accordance with the specific event rules of the matching sport.

23 Taxation

23.1 All Point of Consumption Taxes (POCT) and state-mandated sports levies are paid directly by MarantelliBet.co.

23.2 Customers are solely responsible for any personal taxation liabilities, declarations, or obligations arising from their wagering wins.

25.3 Our total liability to any customer is strictly limited to the actual net balance in the Customer's Account.
